5 reasons why NSF stainless steel makes a difference

Why we insist on using certified materials in every trailer we build

Not all trailers are equal. One of the most important decisions we make at DK Trailers is to use NSF-certified stainless steel in all our sinks, work tables and hoods. Here is why.

1. Meets sanitary regulations

NSF is the standard certification for food-use equipment. If you ever get inspected, having certified equipment avoids fines and closures.

2. Resists corrosion and stains

NSF steel has polished finishes that do not retain residue, do not rust and withstand cleaning with strong chemicals without deteriorating.

3. Lasts longer (much longer)

Generic steel may start degrading in 2-3 years. Properly installed NSF steel easily lasts 10-15 years in daily operation.

4. Improves your business image

Your customers notice when your kitchen looks impeccable. A premium finish conveys professionalism and trust.

5. Higher resale value

If at some point you decide to sell your trailer, buyers prefer (and pay more for) units with certified materials.

Our promise

Every DK trailer includes standard NSF sink and NSF hood (sized according to model). It is not optional, it is not an upgrade — it is part of who we are.
